About the role
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll help lead the daily rhythm of the shop - supporting opening and closing, scheduling, inventory, coaching the team, and making sure every guest leaves smiling with a bag of Swedish candy.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, opening and closing
- Hire, train and coach a team of team members
- Own inventory, restocking and merchandising
- Support sales and labor goals
- Create an unforgettable guest experience
- Support staff scheduling and shift coverage
Required qualifications
- 2+ years retail management experience
- Available weekends and evenings until 9 PM
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth
Preferred qualifications
- Food service or specialty retail background
- Experience with POS and scheduling software
Schedule and availability
Must be available weekends, evenings until 9 PM, and holidays.
Physical requirements
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Additional requirements
Background check required for management roles.
